Job Responsibilities:

  1. Business Support: Understand the business strategy, goals, and needs of the department you support and provide HR solutions to drive business growth.
  2. Recruitment & Talent Management: Develop and execute recruitment plans based on business needs, participate in key role selection, and ensure talent acquisition and retention.
  3. Employee Relations: Foster communication with employees, address issues and conflicts in a timely manner, and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  4. Organizational Development: Assist in organizational structure adjustments and optimization to ensure efficient operation and healthy development of the organization.
  5. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management systems in business units, ensuring fairness and effectiveness in performance evaluations, and helping to improve employee performance.
  6. Training & Development: Help develop career development plans for employees, assist in designing and implementing training programs to promote employee growth.
  7. Policy Execution: Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems within the business units, providing recommendations and adjustments as necessary.
  8. Culture Building: Promote and support the company’s culture, enhance team cohesion, and foster a healthy organizational culture.
Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  2. 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR BP roles preferred;
  3. Proficient in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and organizational development;
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships at all levels;
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  6. Strategic thinking and the ability to provide forward-looking HR insights and solutions to the business;
  7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  8. Previous experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry is a plus.
  9. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required 
  10. Based in New York
